When I began this blog, I stated that I would only deal with topical issues, and not make this blog mainly of a personal nature.
I'm changing my mind.
For our (Rose and I) honeymoon, I'm going to post daily about the places we are and what we have seen, and generally how things are going. Photos will also be posted on Facebook.

Hey Andrew, Matt (Percy from BF) here.
Heaps impressed (and a little jealous :) ) about your itinerary! I'm a Church historian, and a lot of those places are pretty significant in my line of work. If you want to know any of the historically cool sites to see along the way, just let me know. For example, make sure that while your in Istanbul, you go to the Hagia Sophia - ancient, beautiful, architecturally spectacular, coveted by the three main ideologies that have made up Byzantine history (Christianity, Islam, secularism).
Anyway, reckon you will have an awesome time.
